Terms of Service

By using yuhuwellness.com or any related service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use YuHu Wellness. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at info@yuhuwellness.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

YuHu Wellness is an online marketplace that connects clients with independent wellness specialists (massage therapists, beauty professionals, personal trainers and similar). YuHu Wellness is not a healthcare provider, a medical clinic, a personal training facility, or an employer of the specialists. We facilitate the booking and verify credentials; the service itself is provided by the independent specialist.

A booking is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation message. Prices, travel zones, deposits and availability are shown at checkout and form part of these Terms for that booking.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. Currency, taxes and fees are shown before you confirm.

Cancellation terms are displayed at the time of booking and depend on the service and timing:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session — full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between 24 and 4 hours before — the deposit is retained.
• Cancellation less than 4 hours before, no-show, or refusal to provide access — full service price is due.
• If the specialist cancels or fails to attend, you receive a full refund and we will offer a replacement where possible.

EU consumers retain their statutory rights. The right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply once a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Each specialist on the platform is a self-employed independent contractor responsible for their own technique, equipment, insurance, tax compliance and professional conduct. They are not agents, employees or partners of AI Digital Services LLC.

• Provide accurate booking information, including address, contact phone, and relevant health notes.
• Ensure a safe, clean and private environment for the session.
• Be present and ready at the agreed time.
• Treat the specialist with respect at all times.
• Disclose any medical condition that may affect the safety of the session.

Specialists may refuse or interrupt a session if they feel unsafe, if conditions are inappropriate, or if the client behaves inappropriately. In such cases no refund is due and the booking may be reported to authorities where applicable.

Services offered via YuHu Wellness are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical condition. Do not book if you have a contraindication without first obtaining medical advice.

Results vary by individual. No specific outcome (e.g., weight loss, pain relief, performance improvement) is guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between YuHu Wellness and any specialist or client.

All trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, text, software, and other content on the platform are the exclusive property of AI Digital Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical incidents and force majeure may interrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, harassment, unsafe behaviour, or any unlawful activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@yuhuwellness.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Digital Services LLC, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any session delivered by an independent specialist. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, internet or power outages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Digital Services LLC from any claim, liability, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Digital Services LLC regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Delaware. Where you act as a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the protections of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
